Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Trial Attorney with profound knowledge in personal injury law. Our ideal candidate brings a blend of compassion and commitment, dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute meticulous legal research and analysis.
Draft precise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Undertake discovery tasks, emphasizing depositions and evidence collation.
Establish and maintain authentic client relationships.
Collaborate with the legal team to ascertain client satisfaction.
Strategize for trial, including witness identification and trial exhibit preparations.
Represent clients during hearings and court appearances.
Deliver compelling opening and closing arguments, and conduct witness examinations.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolutions when apt.
Stay updated with developments in personal injury law and attend pertinent seminars.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.
Authorized to practice law in Ohio.
Minimum of two years in personal injury law with relevant trial experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury principles.
Stellar research and drafting skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal competencies.
Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload.
